Breathing is the first habit we develop--and those habits may be linked to how we function, feel, and heal. In this workshop we will discuss many yoga breathing practices (pranayama) along with some current popular trends. It is important to understand the chemistry, biology, and mechanics of breath in order to figure out if any particular practice is actually serving you! Then you can develop the habits that allow you to breathe easy in life.
