LIFE in the Middle: Restore Your Core
A ReX Method™ Introduction Workshop
Facilitator: Sandy Parker
For many years fitness has had an emphasis on training the core to improve low back pain as well as to attain a certain sculpted appearance in abdominal musculature. However, alongside core training, there has NOT been a significant reduction of low back pain. Further, there seems to be an increase in abdominal dysfunction including digestive disorders, diastasis recti, and incontinence. Could there be a correlation?
In this workshop, we will look at human anatomy and physiology and see how they come together to optimize overall function. We will address movement, breathing patterns, food choices, adhesions, intra-abdominal pressure and stress. We will also go over simple ways to address complex concerns. Functional assessments for mobility and digestion will be included.
This is a first ReX Method™ workshop that will integrate Sandy’s training as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with Restorative Exercise. Space is limited and each participant will get a special offer for a complete personlized consultation. Register today!
