Many people have been told that they need to supplement Vitamin D during the winter months in northern climates like our own. But recent studies show that supplementation has not improved health outcomes or even relieved symptoms! In this workshop, we will look at the need for BALANCE in fat soluble vitamins, the BEST sources, and how to MAXIMIZE absorption and health outcomes. We’ll also discuss the broader impacts of nutrition, lifestyle, and ecology.
