In this workshop we will practice the fundamentals of gait and discuss the value of a daily habit of walking. Humans are the only species that are bi-pedal (walk on 2 legs) and our entire physiology has evolved with that unique capacity. Learn how our various biological systems integrate, develop, and function more effectively through walking. We will also try to create some opportunities as a group to go out on a variety of walks over the spring.
