Path to Transformation
An 8-week course designed to help you lead a healthy, radiant, and vital life. Based on the concepts of Ayurveda, this series will teach simple shifts in daily life which are easy to incorporate and, when practice regularly, will have a positive impact toward transformation.
Included in the course are weekly group meetings to inform and support your journey, individual consultation with the instructor, and a private Facebook group to keep you motivated and connected.
Sandy Parker, BS, is the instructor and guide. She is a Health Educator, Nutritional Therapist, and Restorative Exercise Specialist with almost 40 years of teaching experience. She has studied the basics of Ayurveda with several practitioners and has the capability to convey these concepts in an understandable and practical way.
There are TWO formats for the weekly meetings: via Zoom or in person (with COVID restrictions in place). Zoom meetings are scheduled for Tuesdays at 7pm; in person meetings will schedule as participants prefer. Minimum 3 paid participants per meeting for the course to be held.
