Join us in a quiet, candlelit evening of restorative yoga that slowly merges into a gentle flow. For many years celebrating the solstice has included 108 Sun Salutations--through this practice, we will honor that auspicious number but with a slower, more grounded way of achieving it. We end with a toast to celebrate the return of the light and share good company in the warmth of our studio.
