Mondays, September 14 – December 7

This 12 week immersion course explores the fundamental elements of life and how to balance our health to be more in line with natural and elemental forces. Ayurvedic principles, lifestyle ecology, movement, and nutrition are the main topics which are explored and applied to everyday life. Weekly small group meetings for instruction and group support, handouts, and a personalized 2-hour consultation are all a part of this journey.

This is a 12-week course with meetings occurring every Monday. Time TBD.
