It has been a traditional practice to complete 108 Sun Salutations on the Solstice to encourage the return of the sun as days get longer. However, we’ve found that we can still reach the auspicious number of 108 through a slightly different, more restorative practice! This is more accessible for all abilities and peaceful to experience. We’ll end the evening with a celebratory toast to the sun and the warmth of community!
