Mondays, March 2–May 18, 5pm

Explore the spiritual understandings and philosophical tenets of yoga through the path of Tantra and the wisdom of the Goddess tradition. While there are a total of 10 Mahavidyas (great wisdom Goddesses), we will spend four weeks on each of the following: Kali, Tara, and Tripura Sundari. These three establish the cosmic manifestation of life and the truth of existence. 

This is a 12-week course with meetings occurring every Monday at noon.
